APC Gains Three Senate Seats with New Senators Sworn In

The All Progressives Congress (APC) secured three additional Senate seats as Godswill Akpabio, the Senate President, conducted the swearing-in ceremony for four new senators. The newly sworn-in senators are Danladi Envulu representing Nasarawa North, Asogwa Israel for Enugu North, Olaka Nwogu from Rivers South East, and Dayo Faduyile representing Ondo South.

During the brief ceremony, Akpabio offered prayers against further loss of life among the members of the 10th Senate and welcomed the new senators into the chamber. He expressed gratitude to God and acknowledged the contributions of distinguished governors and deputy governors present.

Akpabio congratulated the APC on winning three seats in the mid-term elections and also recognized the People's Democratic Party (PDP) for winning one seat.
