Noel Clarke Charged with Sexual Offences Involving Five Women

British actor Noel Clarke has been charged with multiple sexual offences, including two counts of sexual assault, three counts of voyeurism, and one count of exposure, involving five women. The Crown Prosecution Service (CPS) authorized the Metropolitan Police to charge the 50-year-old actor on Wednesday after a year-long investigation that began following a man's arrest on September 25, 2025.
The alleged offences occurred between 2007 and 2016. Clarke has not publicly responded to the charges, which were deemed to have sufficient evidence for prosecution and were considered in the public interest.
He is scheduled to appear at Westminster Magistrates’ Court on October 21 at 10:00 BST. Detective Superintendent Mike Cagney, leading the investigation, stated that the women involved are receiving support from specially trained officers and encouraged other victims of sexual assault to come forward.
The allegations against Clarke follow previous accusations of sexual misconduct that led to his suspension from BAFTA and the removal of associated honours.
