BUA Foods PLC Reschedules Q3 2026 Board Meeting Date

BUA Foods Plc filed a corporate action notice on 21st October 2026 informing the Nigerian Exchange Limited (NGX) and the investing public of a one-day change to its scheduled board meeting date. The meeting, which was originally set for Thursday, 29th October 2026, will now hold on Friday, 30th October 2026.

The primary agenda item for the rescheduled meeting remains the consideration and approval of the company's third quarter 2026 unaudited financial statements, covering the period ended 30th September 2026.

The company had first communicated the original board meeting date in a notice to NGX dated 6th October 2026. The latest filing serves as an update to that earlier disclosure.

BUA Foods also confirmed that the Closed Period it previously declared remains in effect. The Closed Period will continue until 24 hours after the release of the Q3 2026 unaudited financial statements. During a closed period, directors, employees and other insiders are restricted from trading in the company's shares. The notice was signed by Oluseye Alayande, the Company Secretary, on behalf of the board.
