BUA Foods Plc Q3 2026 Board Meeting Date Announced
BUA Foods Plc has notified the Nigerian Exchange Limited of a board meeting scheduled for 29th October 2026 to consider and approve its unaudited financial statements for the third quarter ended 30th September 2026. Following board approval, the financial statements will be simultaneously filed with relevant regulatory bodies and released to the public.
BUA Foods Plc (NGX: BUAFOODS) has issued a formal notice to the Nigerian Exchange Limited (NGX) and the investing public announcing that its Board of Directors will convene on Thursday, 29th October 2026. The purpose of the meeting is to consider and approve the company's 3rd Quarter 2026 Unaudited Financial Statements (2026 Q3 UFS) for the period ended 30th September 2026.
Upon approval by the board, the financial statements will be simultaneously filed with the relevant regulatory bodies and made available to the public.
In line with NGX post-listing requirements for listed companies, a closed period took effect from 1st October 2026 and will remain in force until 24 hours after the public release of the 2026 Q3 UFS. During this closed period, no insider of the company, nor persons connected to them, may directly or indirectly deal in the shares of BUA Foods Plc.
The announcement was signed by Oluseye Alayande, Company Secretary, on behalf of the Board, and was dated 6th October 2026.
