Bendorik Secures $7.5M for Water Meter Supply in C'River

Bendorik International Limited has signed a $7.5 million agreement to supply 100,000 ultrasonic prepaid water meters as part of a public-private partnership initiative in Cross River State. The project aims to restore and sustain access to potable water while improving the efficiency of water distribution and revenue collection.

Mr. Ben Ikiseh, Managing Director of Bendorik International Limited, stated that the company is prepared to meet the additional demands of the project and tackle long-standing challenges related to inadequate water supply.

The first phase will see the deployment of 100,000 meters, with subsequent requests to be met promptly. Mr.

Ayo Tair, Managing Director of Core Trust Investment Limited, expressed confidence in Bendorik's commitment to the project, which is expected to enhance transparency in water billing, reduce losses, and improve revenue generation. The initiative is positioned to become a benchmark for water sector reform in the state.
