Crown FA Wins Spires Five-a-Side Championship

Crown FA emerged as the champion of the Spires five-a-side Naija Street Soccer Division Championship, held at the pitch in Bogij, Ibeju Lekki, on Sunday. They secured a decisive 9-3 victory against Angso Sport Club.

As the winners, Crown FA received a cash prize of ₦500,000, while Angso Sport Club, the runners-up, took home ₦300,000. The third-place team, Prodigi FC, received ₦100,000.

Anifowosh Olamilekan distinguished himself as the tournament's highest goalscorer, netting 15 goals and earning an additional ₦50,000. The tournament, organized by Bankol Allibai, emphasized player welfare and is set to continue with teams representing Epe at the upcoming state championship scheduled for October.

The Spires five-a-side tournament aims to enhance the quality of football in the region, with future events planned across Lagos.
