Pace Setters Queens, Crown FC Win Oyo State Federation Cup

The 2026 Oyo State Federation Cup finals took place at Lekan Salami Stadium in Adamasingba, Ibadan. In the women's category, Pace Setters Queens emerged champions by defeating Dragon Furi Ladi 5-0.

Aisha Raheem opened the scoring in the 6th minute, followed by Yetund Ayantosho, who scored twice, and Teslimot Balogun and Ayobami Moshood, who added to the tally. In the men's final, Crown FC faced Shoot Star FC, where the match ended in a 1-1 draw after regular time, leading to a penalty shootout.

Crown FC won the shootout 4-2, with David Emmanuel Kebu scoring the initial goal. The event attracted notable dignitaries, including Dr.

Bolaji Ojo, Hon. Gbenga Adewusi, and Chief Mutiu Adepoju.

Both Pace Setters Queens and Crown FC qualified to represent Oyo State in the prestigious National Federation Cup.
