Crown FA Wins Spires 5-Aside Tournament in Epe

Crown FA emerged as champions of the Spires 5-Aside Tournament, claiming victory over Angso Sport Club with a decisive score of 9-3 in the final match held at the pitch in Ibeju Lekki on Sunday. As champions, Crown FA received a prize of N500,000, while Angso Sport Club, the runners-up, pocketed N300,000.

The third-place team, Prodigi FC, was awarded N100,000. Anifowosh Olamilekan secured the title of top scorer with an impressive 15 goals, earning an additional N50,000.

Dr. Bankol Allibai, who organized the tournament, emphasized the importance of player welfare and the need for teams to qualify for better tournaments.

He also mentioned that the Spires 5-Aside Tournament would continue its journey across Lagos, with attention shifting to the Ikorodu and Epe areas.
