Galadima Warns APC Over Insecurity Ahead of 2027 Elections

Buba Galadima, a prominent figure in the New Nigeria Peoples Party (NNPP), has issued a stark warning regarding the deteriorating security situation and economic hardships in Nigeria, particularly as the country approaches the 2027 general elections. He criticized the All Progressives Congress (APC) for its failure to protect citizens and improve living conditions, arguing that public anger is building against the ruling party.

Galadima recalled the significant voter removal of former President Goodluck Jonathan in 2015, which was largely attributed to security concerns in the northeast. He emphasized that the APC's current challenges remain unresolved and rejected claims of improved living conditions, highlighting issues such as hunger and unemployment.

Galadima cautioned the federal government against underestimating public sentiment, warning that small grievances could escalate into larger issues. He concluded by suggesting that the APC should be "cut into pieces" if it continues to neglect the security and welfare of Nigerians.
