Cutix Plc has disclosed the outcome of its 171st Board of Directors meeting held on May 29, 2026, at which the Q4 Unaudited Financial Statements for the period ended April 30, 2026 were considered and approved subject to a few amendments. The company states that the Q4 UFS will be filed with the Nigerian Exchange Limited on or before May 30, 2026.
