Davido Celebrates Uncle Ademola Adeleke's Re-election

Nigerian Afrobeats star David Adeleke, popularly known as Davido, reacted to the re-election of his uncle, Ademola Adeleke, as the governor of Osun State. Davido celebrated his uncle's victory by posting a message on his X account, stating, “We did it, Uncle.” Ademola Adeleke, the Accord Party candidate, was declared the winner of the Osun State governorship election by the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) after securing 511,067 votes.

He defeated his closest challenger, Bola Oyebamiji of the All Progressives Congress (APC), who garnered 444,815 votes, giving Adeleke a margin of 66,252 votes. The election results were confirmed after INEC completed the collation of results from all 30 Local Government Areas in Osun State.

This victory marks another term for Adeleke, who demonstrated strong performances across various Local Government Areas. Davido's supportive message reflects the family's celebration of Adeleke's political achievements as he begins his new term in office.
