Davido Champions Youth Rehabilitation After Osun Poll

Following the re-election of his uncle, Governor Ademola Adeleke, Nigerian singer David Adeleke, known as Davido, stated his commitment to youth rehabilitation in Osun State. He emphasized that he has no political ambitions and intends to leverage his influence and resources to foster youth development.

As the Chairman of the Osun State Sports Trust Fund, Davido revealed plans to complete the state stadium project and establish a major recreational center featuring various sports facilities. He is actively seeking land for this center, which aims to attract thousands of youths monthly and provide them with opportunities to develop their talents.

Davido also announced a major concert in Osun State post-governor's inauguration in December, which will serve as a platform for local artists. He called for the rehabilitation of youths involved in election-related violence and stressed the importance of unity and forgiveness for the future of the state, acknowledging the challenges faced by the Adeleke family during the election period.
