Ugborodo Community Urges NCDMB on Navy Facility Projects

The Ugborodo Community Management Committee (UCMC) has called on the Nigerian Content Development and Monitoring Board (NCDMB) to urgently initiate infrastructural projects for the Nigerian Navy Escravos Ship facility located at Madangho in Warri South-West Local Government Area, Delta. The UCMC expressed appreciation to Chief Thomas Ereyitomi, the member representing Warri Federal Constituency in the House of Representatives, for his contributions to strengthening the operational capacity of the Nigeria Police Force in the Escravos Division.

Ereyitomi's donation included a W19 fibre boat with a 200HP Yamaha engine, a generator, air conditioners, and various office equipment. The UCMC emphasized the need for additional police personnel and called on the Chief of Naval Staff to facilitate the activation of the Navy facility at Madangho, urging a relocation of naval operations from the Chevron facility to enhance maritime security in the region.
