Delta PDP Secretary Dr. Michael Tidi Joins APC

Dr. Michael Tidi, the secretary of the Delta State People's Democratic Party (PDP), officially defected to the All Progressives Congress (APC) during a ceremony in Warri, Delta State.

Tidi noted that the PDP is no longer capable of winning elections in the state and expressed happiness in reuniting with political friends within the APC. He emphasized the importance of remaining united with political allies to contribute positively to the party's narrative.

The event was attended by key figures including Mr. Weyinmi Agbateyiniro, the chairman of the Warri South Local Government, and Mr.

Richard Pessu, the chairman of the APC in the local government area. Augustin Uroy, a leader in the APC, welcomed Tidi, describing his decision to join the party as a commendable move.

This defection follows the earlier departure of prominent leaders from the PDP to the APC, including Governor Sheriff Oborevwori, who was elected on the PDP platform.
