Umahi and Nwode Sworn in as Local Government Chairmen

On [date not specified], David Umahi was sworn in as the Chairman of Ohaozara Local Government Area (LGA), and Francis Nwode, the younger brother of Governor Francis Nwifuru's wife, was sworn in as the Chairman of Ikwo LGA.
