Edo College Celebrates Graduates at Award Ceremony

Edo College, located in Benin City, Edo State, held a Graduation and Award/Prize Giving Day to honor its graduating students and exceptional performers for their academic excellence and character. The event featured the theme “The Eaglets Take Flight” and was attended by parents, guardians, alumni, invited guests, and members of the Board.

The Ecoba Lagos Education Foundation (ELEF) marked its 11th consecutive year of supporting this event, sponsoring 40 awards through contributions from distinguished Edo College Old Boys. Many awards were established in memory of individuals who positively impacted the sponsors during their time at the college.

Notable sponsors included the Senator David Dafinone Foundation and several other prominent figures. Professor Nosakhare Akpata, Chairman of the ELEF Board, congratulated the award recipients and encouraged them to uphold the values of knowledge and excellence.

The ceremony concluded with gratitude to all stakeholders for their contributions to the event's success, reaffirming Edo College's commitment to developing future leaders.
