Ovia South West Chairman Osarobo Seeks Royal Support

Anthony Osarobo, the Executive Chairman of Ovia South West Local Government Council, called for the support of traditional rulers to aid in the development of the area during his familiarisation and thank-you visits on Thursday. Accompanied by members of his executive council, Osarobo began his tour at the palace of the Iyase of Udo, Chief Patrick Igbinidu, where he expressed gratitude to the community following his assumption of office.

He requested prayers, support, and cooperation from the traditional institutions and residents to ensure his administration's success. Chief Igbinidu welcomed Osarobo and urged him to extend development programs throughout the council.

The entourage then visited Iguobazuwa, where Osarobo was received by the Odionwere, Igbinovia Edward, who congratulated him and prayed for his successful tenure. The tour continued to Usen, where Osarobo met with residents and the traditional ruler, Oba Olougbe II, who also offered blessings.

This initiative aims to strengthen relationships between the council, traditional institutions, and communities for grassroots development.
