EFCC Arraigns Nigeria Peace Corps Officials Over N60m Fraud

The EFCC has brought charges against Nigeria Peace Corps Commandant, Dickson Akon, and Finance Director, Omolola Aminat Ahm, for allegedly misappropriating N60 million meant for badge supplies. The duo appeared before the Federal Capital Territory High Court in Abuja to answer to charges of conspiracy and misappropriation of public funds.

Both pleaded not guilty and were granted bail. This case is part of the ongoing scrutiny of public sector spending and high-profile corruption cases by the EFCC.
