EFCC FC Kano Wins Inter-Service Unity Cup in Thrilling Final

EFCC Football Club, Kano, triumphed in the Inter-Service Unity Cup, defeating NAF FC 5-4 on penalties after the match ended 1-1 in regulation time. The final took place at the Sani Abacha Stadium in Kano, organized by the Coalition of Military and Paramilitary Agencies.

Mr. Ola Olukoyede, the EFCC Kano Zonal Director, represented the Executive Chairman of the Commission and praised the event for promoting unity among various security agencies through sports. He expressed gratitude to the participating teams and attendees for their spirit of friendship and brotherhood.

The EFCC team also excelled in a tug of war challenge, winning against the Nigerian Army, Nigeria Police Force, and the National Drug Law Enforcement Agency (NDLEA) on the same day, July 24, 2026. The Zonal Director reaffirmed the EFCC’s commitment to initiatives that foster unity and cohesion among security personnel.
