INEC Awards Certificate of Return to Gov. Oyebanji

On Tuesday, Governor Biodun Oyebanji of Ekiti was presented with his certificate of return by the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) after winning the governorship election on Saturday. The presentation was conducted by Dr.

Bunmi Omoseyindemi, who represented INEC Chairman Prof. Joseph Amupitan, at the INEC state headquarters in Ado Ekiti.

During the event, Omoseyindemi congratulated Oyebanji on his re-election and commended the people of Ekiti for their peaceful conduct throughout the electoral process. He emphasized that the successful conduct of the election reflects INEC's commitment to strengthening democracy in the state.

Omoseyindemi urged political actors to continue upholding democratic values. The event was attended by party leaders, government officials, and traditional rulers who expressed their support for the governor.
