Peter Dunia Named 2026 LEEX Man of the Year

Mark Oboh, EMBEI recognized the award as a well-deserved acknowledgment of Dunia's contributions to indigenous enterprise, philanthropy, humanitarian service, and community development. Dunia won the competitive Man of the Year category after a nationwide public voting exercise, polling 2,189,857 votes, which demonstrated significant goodwill and confidence among Nigerians and the diaspora.

EMBEI highlighted Dunia's extensive contributions beyond his business, including interventions in education, healthcare, youth empowerment, and humanitarian assistance. The organization emphasized that true leadership is measured by societal impact.

The 8th Leadership Excellence Awards ceremony is scheduled for November 12, 2026, in Abuja, where Dunia and other honorees will be celebrated.
