Opah, a son of Abia, has engaged with communities to understand their struggles and has initiated various philanthropic projects. His foundation has provided free medical services during the COVID-19 pandemic and constructed a civic hall in Mbubo, which now houses a community hospital.

Additionally, he has sponsored 20 students from Isiala Ngwa for university education and transformed a derelict secondary school into a modern institution. Opah's vision includes enhancing infrastructure, creating new rural roads, and ensuring prompt remuneration for workers.
