Moses Olubo's Historic Ride for Mental Health Awareness

Former Nigerian national squash champion Moses Olubo has embarked on a historic multi-continental motorcycle expedition aimed at raising global awareness about mental health. Riding a Can-Am Spyder three-wheeled motorcycle, Olubo's journey began in the United States and is dedicated to his son, who is living with mental illness.

The campaign, titled “ARideForLife,” seeks to challenge the stigma surrounding mental health and promote open conversations and support for affected families. This expedition is believed to be the first attempt by any rider to cross the African continent from north to south on a Can-Am Spyder.

Olubo's route includes traversing Canada, Iceland, and mainland Europe, with plans to cross into Morocco and navigate through the Western Sahara and Mauritania before arriving in Kaduna, Nigeria. Olubo emphasizes that the journey is not just about breaking records but also about raising awareness and hope for those affected by mental health challenges.
