FAAN Warns Against Fraudulent Job Offers to Nigerians

On August 27, the Federal Airports Authority of Nigeria (FAAN) raised an alarm about a fraudulent employment letter being circulated by unauthorized individuals claiming to represent the Authority. In a statement released on Thursday, FAAN categorically disowned a purported “Letter of Provisional Offer of Employment” and clarified that it is not currently conducting any recruitment exercise.

The Authority urged the public to exercise caution and avoid engaging with individuals issuing these fraudulent employment offers. FAAN specifically warned against making payments, providing personal information, or responding to requests from those behind the scam.

This alert aims to protect job seekers from falling victim to the fraudulent scheme.
