Fiorentina Offers €22M for Tolu Arokodare from Wolves

Fiorentina has submitted an improved offer of €22 million for Nigerian forward Tolu Arokodare, who is currently with Wolverhampton Wanderers. The proposal includes a season-long loan option with the possibility of a permanent transfer next summer, according to transfer expert Fabrizio Romano.

Fiorentina aims to finalize the loan deal, although it remains unclear if Wolverhampton will agree to the mandatory buy clause. Arokodare, who previously played for Belgian side Genk, scored 21 league goals and won the Belgian Pro League Golden Boot and Ebony Shoe award for the best African player in Belgium.

In his first season in England, he managed six goals and two assists in 38 appearances across all competitions. Wolverhampton's new head coach, Cesar Peixoto, is currently assessing the squad as the club prepares for a return to the Championship.

Arokodare's contract with Wolves runs until 2029, with an option to extend for an additional year.
