Festrut Group Celebrates 16 Years, Launches Affordable Housing

Festrut Group, an indigenous real estate construction company, celebrated its 16th anniversary on Wednesday, with Prof. Festu Uwakhemen as the Chief Executive Officer.

During a press conference, Uwakhemen highlighted the company's dedication to providing affordable housing for Nigerians. The unveiling of the Kingdom Estate in Badna Orozo is a significant step in this direction, featuring a robust and flexible payment structure aimed at low-income earners.

Uwakhemen pointed out that the federal housing scheme offers a maximum of 18 million naira for civil servants, which is crucial for access to housing. He urged Nigerians to invest in genuine real estate, noting that property does not depreciate.
