FITC to Host E3 Conference on Workforce Value in 2026

The Financial Institutions Training Centre (FITC) is set to host the 6th edition of its flagship Employee Engagement Experience Conference (E3 Conference 6.0) on March 18, 2026, at 9:00 AM in a hybrid format, both physically and virtually. The theme for this year’s conference is "Delivering Workforce Value in the Digital Age." The conference aims to convene senior business leaders, HR professionals, people managers, technology experts, and policy influencers to explore practices and strategies that optimize workforce performance in increasingly digital and hybrid work environments.

The event will feature a distinguished lineup of industry leaders, including Dr. Chizor Maliz, MD/CEO of FITC; Olumuyiwa Olulaja, Head of Human Resources at First Bank Nigeria; Kingslei Ogirri, Chief Talent and Culture Officer at Polaris Bank; and others.

They will share practical case studies and insights on leveraging AI-enabled systems to manage hybrid workforces and redefine employee engagement.
