FOB Formoso Celebrates Personnel Excellence with Color Run

On July 17, 2026, personnel at Forward Operating Base (FOB) Formoso participated in a color run as part of their second-quarter birthday celebration. The event aimed to reaffirm the Nigerian Navy's commitment to personnel welfare and motivation for operational excellence.

It brought together officers, ratings, and civilian employees in a relaxed atmosphere to strengthen esprit de corps, enhance teamwork, and promote a healthy work environment. During the celebration, personnel born between April and June were honored, and awards for the best ratings and best civilian staff were presented to deserving recipients for their exemplary performance and outstanding contributions to the base.
