Adamu Garba Exits Politics to Focus on Technology Role

Adamu Garba, a former presidential aspirant of the All Progressives Congress (APC), announced his withdrawal from active politics to concentrate on his responsibilities in the technology sector. He made this announcement via a statement on his X handle on Tuesday.

Garba stated that his decision was made after careful consideration of the demands of his private sector responsibilities. He will now devote his time to his role as Executive Chairman and Chief Platform Architect of IPI Group Limited and its subsidiaries.

In his statement, he expressed that the work required his sustained personal attention and could not be delegated, indicating that balancing political activities with his professional commitments was not feasible. Garba expressed gratitude for the support he received during his nine-year political journey, which included his candidacy in the 2019 presidential race and continued aspirations for the 2023 elections.
