Former Atiku Youth Wing DG Backs Tinubu Over Atiku

Hon. Rowland Odih, the former Director General of the Atiku Youth Wing, publicly criticized Atiku Abubakar's aspirations for the 2027 presidential election.

In a statement issued on Friday through the media office of Bridg Renew Hope, Odih described Atiku's focus on the presidency as obsessive and lacking a compelling agenda for the upcoming general elections. He noted that Atiku's campaign consistently references President Bola Ahmed Tinubu, suggesting that the 2027 political campaign cannot proceed without mentioning Tinubu's name.

Odih advised Atiku to withdraw from the race and endorse Tinubu for re-election, labeling him an elder statesman. He urged opposition politicians to concentrate on supporting policies that promote economic growth, security, and infrastructure development rather than engaging in relentless criticism.

Odih called for a collective commitment to Nigeria's progress, emphasizing that national development requires unity rather than divisive politics.
