Former Aviation Minister appointed Pro-Chancellor of Umaru Musa Yar'adua University

Captain Hadi Sirika, the former Minister of Aviation, has been appointed as the Pro-Chancellor and Chairman of the Governing Council of Umaru Musa Yar'adua University in Katsina State. The appointment, approved by Governor Dikko Radda, will take effect from October 2025 for a tenure of four years.

Ibrahim Almu Gafai, the Director of Press in the State Government, highlighted Sirika's outstanding qualities and exemplary service. Former President Muhammadu Buhari and Governor Abdullahi Garba Faskari congratulated Sirika on his appointment.
