FRSC Promotes 104 Personnel in Ekiti State Command

The Federal Road Safety Corps (FRSC) Ekiti State Command has promoted and decorated 104 personnel, which includes 25 officers and 79 other ranks. The promotions were celebrated during separate ceremonies at the Command Headquarters and various Unit Commands across Ekiti State.

Sector Commander Sanya Adeoye congratulated the newly promoted personnel and acknowledged the approval of their promotions by Corps Marshal Shehu Mohammed. Adeoye urged the personnel to demonstrate professionalism, discipline, and dedication in their duties, noting that their new ranks come with increased responsibilities.

He emphasized the need to reject corruption and adhere to professional standards, while also committing to the FRSC's mandate of reducing road traffic crashes and promoting road safety culture in Nigeria. Adeoye encouraged those not promoted to remain dedicated, assuring them that their time would come.

He also appealed to motorists to obey traffic rules, especially as the ember months approach, when road safety risks typically increase.
