FRSC Enhances Service Delivery with New Training Initiative

The Federal Road Safety Corps (FRSC) conducted a Repositioning training initiative for non-commissioned officers at the RS 8 Command, which includes Ekiti, Kogi, and Kwara states. The training took place at the headquarters in Ilorin, Kwara State, and was led by Deputy Corps Marshal Joshua Fanola (Rtd.), with the address from Corps Marshal Shehu Mohammed read by Assistant Corps Marshal Ann Oladayo.

The initiative, themed “Repositioning Marshals for Effective Service Delivery,” aims to improve operational efficiency, professionalism, and service delivery among the FRSC personnel. Mohammed emphasized that this training is a strategic investment towards achieving the Corps’ 2026 Corporate Strategic Goals, focusing on operational excellence and a reduction in road traffic crashes.

The training will enhance participants' knowledge of the FRSC Establishment Act, traffic management, and emergency response. The program is being rolled out in phases across all 12 zonal commands, with the first phase completed in July 2026.
