Fubara Prioritizes Value Over Tenure in Rivers State

On Monday, during the commissioning of the Omademe Internal Roads Project in Ikwerre Local Government Area, Rivers State Governor Siminalayi Fubara reaffirmed his commitment to enhancing the state's value until the end of his term. He urged political stakeholders to collaborate in fostering peace and moving beyond past conflicts, particularly referencing his predecessor, Nyesom Wike.

Fubara stated that the duration of time spent in office is less significant than the value delivered to the people, asserting, “It’s not about the number of days, but what matters in the life of every administration is the value that is added.” He encouraged everyone to remain hopeful and work together for the betterment of Rivers State, emphasizing a collective focus on future progress rather than past grievances.
