Governor Mutfwang Reshuffles Administration in Plateau

On Tuesday, Governor Caleb Mutfwang of Plateau State announced a reshuffle of his administration, which included the dismissal of six appointees and the suspension of the chairman of the House Assembly Service Commission. The decision, communicated through a statement by Secretary to the State Government, Samuel Jatau, aims to enhance efficiency and improve service delivery within the state government.

The officials affected by the sack include Timothy Golu, Special Adviser on Strategic Communication; Fom Gwottson, Liaison Officer for Jos South; Nanbol Rimvyat, Liaison Officer for Langtang North; Nannim Langyi, Liaison Officer for Langtang North; Paul Datugum, Liaison Officer for Qua Pan; and Nimchat Rim, Liaison Officer for Langtang South. Johnbul Shekarau, the chairman of the House Assembly Service Commission, was suspended for conduct deemed inconsistent with the standards of the office.
