Uba Sani Reaffirms Peace Commitment at Kaduna Summit

During a security and peace summit held in Kafanchan, Kaduna, Governor Uba Sani reaffirmed his administration's commitment to promoting peace, reconciliation, and inclusive governance across the state. The summit, attended by Danlami Adamu and other stakeholders, emphasized that justice and coexistence are foundational to peace, regardless of ethnic or religious affiliations.

Larai Sylvia Ishaku, the Executive Chairman of Jaba Local Government Area, highlighted the need to bridge divides among farmers, herders, and youths, urging them to embrace dialogue and cooperation to foster mutual understanding. Guest speaker Nehemiah Abu Bamai praised Ishaku's leadership in uniting various community groups to enhance social cohesion.

Retired Major General Peter Dauk noted that security is essential for sustainable development and called for dialogue to resolve disputes among farmers and herders. The summit underscored the importance of forgiveness, reconciliation, and collaboration to tackle unemployment and insecurity in the region.
