Nsukka Development Forum Advocates Unity for Regional Growth

The Nkpokot Nsukka Development Forum (NNDF) is calling for unity and non-partisan approaches to drive development in the Enugu North Senatorial District, particularly the Nsukka cultural zone. During a colloquium organized at the University of Nigeria Nsukka (UNN), key figures like Barr Barth Ugwuok, Engr Chukwuemeka Agbo, and Dr. Felix Ugwu highlighted the region's potential in academia, finance, and entrepreneurship.

The NNDF aims to address the lack of coordination and institutional strategies hindering the area's progress. They propose a transformative agenda focusing on agriculture, investment, youth engagement, and security measures.

The forum also commits to supporting community-based intelligence systems and youth-driven vigil networks to enhance security and economic activities across the Nsukka zone. Additionally, they plan to bridge gaps between the university and the community through partnerships and mentorship programs to foster local development and empower the youth.
