Moniepoint Microfinance Bank Offers ₦50,000 Relief Checks

Moniepoint Microfinance Bank announced that eligible customers can check their status for the Federal Government's ₦50,000 emergency relief support through its USSD channel by dialing *5573*27# from their registered phone numbers. The initiative, led by the Federal Ministry of Humanitarian Affairs and Poverty Reduction, aims to provide direct financial assistance to vulnerable households facing economic challenges.

Customers confirmed as beneficiaries will receive guidance on accepting the support and will have the funds deposited into their Moniepoint accounts without additional costs. Moniepoint is one of the payment providers selected by the Federal Government to facilitate this disbursement, based on eligibility criteria and verification processes using national identity records and the National Social Register.
