HumanManager Equips University of Lagos Students for HR

HumanManager launched an initiative aimed at preparing students for the realities of the workplace, specifically in the digital HR sector. The program, held at the Faculty of Management Sciences at the University of Lagos, provided students with hands-on training using HumanManager's HR software.

Participants were exposed to workplace technology and digital HR processes, which are increasingly adopted by organizations. Jerri Adeyeri, a representative from HumanManager, reiterated the company's commitment to building a future-ready workforce, noting that the program is designed to help students transition from classroom learning to real-world applications.

Dr. Mariam Laud, a senior lecturer at the University of Lagos, emphasized the importance of practical experience in human resource management, stating that access to live platforms is crucial for students.

The initiative is in its third edition and aims to strengthen Nigeria's talent pipeline by equipping young professionals with the skills that employers increasingly expect.
