Bishop Ezekiel Musa Promises Development for Nasarawa

Bishop Ezekiel Musa, a candidate for the Nasarawa State House of Assembly representing the People Democratic Party, addressed constituents in Lafia, Nasarawa State, on Tuesday. He criticized the incumbent lawmaker, Luka Zhekaba, for failing to adequately represent the constituency over two terms, leading to underdevelopment and a lack of basic social amenities.

Musa, who has spent much of his life outside Nasarawa State, expressed concern over the poor state of roads, declining education, inadequate access to potable water, and healthcare facilities. He stated that his motivation to enter politics is to serve the people and not to loot public funds.

Musa promised to implement a scholarship scheme for children from less privileged families and to work on improving infrastructure and social services if elected in the 2027 general elections. He reiterated his commitment to quality legislation and addressing the challenges faced by the constituents.
