Defence Minister Confident APC Will Win Kaduna Elections

On Thursday, during an interview on Channels Television’s Politics Today, Defence Minister Christopher Musa expressed confidence that the All Progressives Congress (APC) would secure victory in the upcoming presidential and gubernatorial elections in Kaduna State. Musa dismissed claims of growing opposition to the APC in the North, attributing such perceptions to individual viewpoints rather than a collective sentiment.

He stated, “I cannot say cannot lose. APC will win in Kaduna.

That I know.” Musa, who hails from the North, refuted the notion of increasing dissatisfaction with the APC and President Bola Ahmed Tinubu, suggesting that some individuals were attempting to exploit public sentiment due to their personal grievances. He defended Tinubu’s policies, asserting that the President has made difficult decisions that will yield positive results over time.

Musa emphasized that Nigerians would eventually understand the rationale behind these economic policies, stating that the APC's victory is assured.
