Biodun Oyebanji Claims Success in 2022 Campaign Promises

Ekiti State Governor Biodun Oyebanji declared that he has delivered on all promises made during the 2022 election campaign. Speaking at a Town Hall Meeting in Aramoko Ekiti, he emphasized his administration's strong budget performance over its four-year tenure.

Oyebanji stated that his government has not betrayed the trust of the people, citing the inclusion of residents' requests in budget preparations. He mentioned the execution of numerous projects across council areas and assured that he would continue to fulfill his commitments.

Oyebanji, who is set to be inaugurated for a second term on October 16, announced plans to collaborate with the World Bank to construct 1,500 kilometers of roads to address transportation challenges. He also addressed issues of flooding and erosion in the state and pledged to improve primary healthcare facilities, having already renovated 110 health centers to enhance healthcare quality.
