Igboho Commits to Ongoing Fight Against South-West Crime

Sunday Adeyemo, popularly known as Sunday Igboho, declared a sustained fight against criminal elements in South-West Nigeria during the launch of the Iru Ekun Security Network in Akure, Ondo State. He credited the recent decline in kidnapping, banditry, and other violent crimes in Yorubaland to the tactical support from the police, Nigerian Army, and Department of State Services.

Igboho emphasized that security is a collective responsibility and aims to restore public confidence in government security measures. He stated that the activities of bandits and rogue herders have diminished since the Iru Ekun Security Network began operations.

Igboho urged volunteers to report criminal activities to relevant security agencies before taking action and warned against confronting criminals alone. He expressed determination to ensure the South-West remains safe and free from criminal elements, highlighting the importance of supporting President Bola Tinubu's administration in enhancing security across the region.
