Ikoyi Club 1938 to Host 29th Nigeria Golf Championship

The 29th Nigeria Golf Championship will take place at Ikoyi Club 1938 from September 19 to 27, 2026. This event, organized in collaboration with the Ikoyi Golf Community and the Nigeria Golf Association, aims to build on nearly three decades of tradition while setting new standards for competitive golf.

Olorogun Moham Oyibo, the chairman of the organizing committee, emphasized that the 2026 edition will define a new chapter in the championship's history, focusing on delivering an exceptional experience for stakeholders. The organizing committee is committed to ensuring a seamless experience through partnerships with sponsors, media, and logistical support.

Oyibo paid tribute to the sponsors and members whose commitment sustains the Nigeria Cup and invited new partners to join in continuing the legacy of the tournament. The 2026 edition will also feature a championship watch party and a gala event, extending the celebration beyond the golf course.
