Osun Comptroller of Immigration, Ibrahim Akinyemi, explained that the arrests were made following intelligence reports. He stated, “These people are about 55.

They are irregular migrants. They were arrested and brought here for repatriation.” The migrants were found to be engaged in illegal online business activities without registration.
