ISWAP Terrorists Kidnap Mobile Police Officer in Borno State

ISWAP terrorists abducted ASP Felix Lucius, a mobile police officer, along the Damasak-Maiduguri road in northern Borno state. The incident took place close to the Nigeria-Niger border, with the terrorists blocking the roadway and kidnapping the officer.

Security forces, including the Hadin Kai troops, have launched a coordinated search and rescue operation to locate and safely rescue the kidnapped officer, who is reported to be unharmed. The area where the abduction occurred, near Kareto and Damasak, is known for frequent ISWAP activities due to its strategic location.
