Zulum Commissions JAMB's North East Zonal Office

This facility, located in Borno State, includes an administrative block and a dual CBT centre capable of accommodating 500 candidates simultaneously.

Governor Zulum emphasized that this project reflects his administration's commitment to educational development and aims to alleviate the challenges faced by candidates seeking admission to tertiary institutions. Professor Ishaq Oloyede, the registrar of JAMB, accepted the facility on behalf of the board, noting it as unprecedented since it is the first time a state governor has independently constructed a JAMB zonal office and CBT centre.

The facility will enable the processing of over 2,000 candidates daily and significantly reduce registration times. In recognition of Oloyede's contributions, Zulum instructed that the facility be named after him.
