NIPR Claims Kaduna Insecurity Exaggerated Amid Efforts

The Nigerian Institute of Public Relations (NIPR), represented by Chairman Chief Yomi Badejo-Okusanya, stated that the insecurity situation in Kaduna State is grossly exaggerated. During a media tour to inspect a command control center established by Governor Uba, he emphasized that while Kaduna faces security challenges, it is not as unsafe as portrayed.

The NIPR plans to hold the 2026 National Public Relations Week in Kaduna, aiming to clarify the state's security efforts. The command control center is set to replicate in 23 local government headquarters.

Additionally, Hajiya Umma K. Ahmad disclosed that Kaduna State has upgraded 255 primary healthcare centers to provide 24-hour services.
