Kaduna Government Commissions New Asphalt Road in North

On Wednesday, Hon. Sadiq Mamman Lagos, the Commissioner for Local Government and Chieftaincy Affairs, commissioned a newly completed asphalt road in Kaduna North Local Government Area, part of the Kaduna State government's efforts under Governor Uba Sani to enhance infrastructure and living conditions. This project fulfills commitments made during the 2023 election campaign, where the governor and Mamman Lagos sought support from the community.

The road addresses residents' concerns about poor conditions that had hindered movement and access to essential services. Mamman Lagos stated that the road would improve safety, increase property values, and stimulate economic activities.

He also announced plans for 100 solar-powered streetlights to enhance security and quality of life. Despite initial criticism of the project, the completion of the road demonstrates the government's commitment to delivering on its promises.

The Uba Sani administration is undertaking several infrastructure projects across the state, with more initiatives expected to commence soon.
