Uba Sani Declares Kaduna a One-Party State Under APC

Uba Sani, the Governor of Kaduna State, proclaimed the state a "one-party state" during a visit from a presidential delegation led by Bayo Onanuga. He asserted that the All Progressives Congress (APC) has consolidated its grip on Kaduna, rendering opposition voices insignificant.

Sani criticized certain media sections for their biased reporting on government issues, suggesting they hold preconceived opinions rather than objective analyses. He defended President Bola Ahmed Tinubu, arguing that no previous administration had supported Northern Nigeria as effectively within a short period.

Sani expressed confidence that the region would deliver overwhelming electoral support for Tinubu in the 2027 elections. He noted significant improvements in security, particularly in Birnin Gwari, and highlighted advancements in road infrastructure and economic activities, especially for farmers and small-scale traders.

Despite social media criticisms, Sani maintained that grassroots support for Tinubu remains strong.
